Our full-service Center offers our clients a wide array of available aesthetic, rejuvenation, and medical treatment options. We have a cooperative teamwork approach, further enabling us to customize a treatment plan for each patient. 

In recent years, our focus has been on minimal to no-downtime procedures. This has been made possible by advances in technology, resulting in much gentler procedures that are still very effective in reversing the signs of aging.

Our philosophy is to help people look their personal best, with limited interruption to their daily lives. We want our clients to look better in a subtle, natural way, resulting in nothing “too drastic”. This is evidenced when our patients get compliments about how good they look, without anyone realizing that any procedure was done. The effect is “organic”, as if you’ve been on vacation and are now more relaxed and refreshed. As a result, you feel more self-confident about your appearance.

Through the years, we have been using lasers, chemical peels, collagen, Botox®, anti-aging skincare products, and now newer filler substances such as Restylane®, to help people look better. We’ve been very excited to have the latest technology in skin tightening, Thermage®, to perform non-surgical, no-downtime facelift procedures. We have been performing Thermage treatment for 3 years, as the first dermatology practice in Montgomery County to acquire this technology after FDA approval in 2002.

Over time, many new lasers have come on the market. We’re highly selective about bringing in new devices and products until there is convincing evidence that they offer real benefits. Fraxel® is a significant advance, combining many of the benefits of the older resurfacing lasers with the reduced downtime of newer technology. And for the first time, we have a laser to treat aging changes on the skin of the neck, chest, arms, and hands, in addition to the face.
