Plastic Surgery:

Brachioplasty: Removes excess skin and fat from the upper arms (“bat wings”) leaving a shapelier arm. This can be combined with liposuction to first remove the excess fat, waiting 6 months or so, and then excising the excess skin.

Breast Augmentation: Enhances the size of the breasts using inflatable implants filled with saline.

Breast Lift: Raises and reshapes sagging breasts by removing excess skin and repositioning nipples and remaining tissue.

Breast Reduction: Reduces the size and reshapes the contour of large breasts by removing excess breast skin and tissue. It may also include reducing the size of the areola (dark skin surrounding the nipple) and repositioning the nipple and areola.

Buttock Lift: Removes excess fat and loose and sagging skin from the back of the upper thigh that bulges out under the buttocks.

Chin Surgery: Changes the basic shape and balance of the face using carefully shaped implants to build up a receding chin.

Contour Threadlift: A minimally invasive rejuvenation technique to achieve face lift-like results. It can be used to lift sagging eyebrows and forehead, reposition sagging cheeks, lift drooping soft tissues of the mid and lower face (“jowls”), and smooth out premature skin aging. Performed in the office under local anesthesia.

Dermabrasion: Mechanical scraping of the top layers of skin using a high-speed rotary wheel. Softens sharp edges of surface irregularities including acne and other scars and fine wrinkles, especially around the mouth.

Ear-pinning Surgery (Otoplasty): Sets prominent ears back closer to the head or reduces the size of large ears; Most often done on children between the ages of 4 and 14 years.

Eyelid Surgery (Blepharoplasty): Corrects drooping upper eyelids and puffy bags below the eyes by removing excess fat, skin and muscle.

Facelift: Improves sagging facial skin, jowls, and loose neck skin by removing excess fat, tightening muscles, redraping skin.

Forehead Lift: Minimizes forehead creases, drooping eyebrows, hooding over eyes, furrowed forehead and frown lines by removing excess tissue, altering muscles and tightening forehead skin.

Hand Surgery: Dupuytren Contracture Release, Carpal Tunnel Release (repetitive motion injury), Fracture repair, Replantation of fingers.

Liposuction: Improves body shape by removing exercise resistant fat deposits using a tube and vacuum device; Performed using the tumescent technique.

Lip Augmentation: Fine wrinkles around the mouth may be worsened by the lip atrophy which accompanies the aging process. Restoration of lip volume with a dermal filler (ex: Restylane) or with fat can greatly reduce the number and severity of peri-oral wrinkles.

Male Breast Reduction Surgery: Reduces enlarged, female-like breasts in men using liposuction and/or cutting out excess glandular tissue.

Nose Surgery (Rhinoplasty): Reshape nose by reducing or increasing size, removing hump, changing shape of tip or bridge, narrowing span of nostrils or changing angle between nose and upper lip.

Post Bariatric Surgery: Varies greatly from patient to patient and depends on where excess skin is concentrated, the patient’s goals and our determination of how best to meet these goals. Combines brachioplasty, thigh lift and tummy tuck, among other procedures into one operation.

Thigh Lift: Removes excess skin and fat from the upper legs. Can be combined with liposuction for improved contour.

Tummy Tuck: Flattens abdomen by removing excess fat and skin and tightening muscles of the abdominal wall.

Scar Revision: Reduces the appearance of scars caused by injury or previous surgery. Scars are, by definition, permanent, but scar revision can narrow and fade severe or unattractive scars.

Skin Cancer Reconstruction: Following Moh’s surgery.
